Hi-Pro Window Film Installation

Thank You for choosing our high performance polyester vinyl and mounting system.

Please treat your new design as if it were a fine art reproduction.
Allow 30 days for full acclimation to your enviroment before cleaning with a damp soft cloth

Double sided mounting tape is supplied with your order.

Installation is as simple as applying the tape around the outside edge of your window or frame.

Use more tape for a more permanent installation and less for a temporary install.

The tape is a medium tack mounting tape, so even with more tape used the film is still removable.

Use short segments on arches and curves.

Only 4 square inches of tape will hold up 1/2 pound of wieght.

The window should be warm when appling the tape. 40 degrees and up.
If nesessary use a hair dryer to pre-warm the surface.

No water is needed for installation.

Use any standard window cleaner, or isprophol alcohol for cleaning the window prior to installation.

The double-sided tape is recommended for window glass, painted wood, finished/varnished wood, aluminum and vinyl.

The two most common reasons for the tape not to work are: the surface wasn't clean before you applied the tape, or the surface is too cold for the tape to stick.

Heat the surface with a hair dryer.(When temperatures drop below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, adhesives tends to harden and won't stick.)
Firmly press the tape on to the surface before moving the release liner.
There is a front and back to this material. The front (printed side) will feel rough. Position the plastic film over
the window,with the smooth side toward the glass and firmly press the window film along the tape to secure it
in place using a soft dry cloth
Trim with a sharp knife

GENERAL INFORMATION:
